  1. The most unprofessional and unethical brokerage firm I’ve dealt with. We couldn’t get the house of our dreams because the agent refused to respond to us. Her response – “I thought I responded to you”. Other excuses provided were, I got a call from an unknown number – even though we emailed her and left 2 voice mails with our callback number.

    The only time she responded was when the property was off the market. I suspect it was sold to an acquaintance or an internal deal was made.

  3. My experience with this branch of Coldwell Bankers is based on the excellent interaction I had working with Elvish Scheible. On top of her knowledge and professionalism she is diligent and very communicative. Highly recommend her to help you work through the process of finding or listing your home.

  4. Good local knowledge but the broker did not feel like he represented us to 100% during negotiations
